It seems like skinny models are not in vogue anymore, but be careful with the extra-weight! It can easily get out of control, and before you know it, you can get rid off half of your wardrobe due to these kilo’s!
Well...we also wear tight clothes often, why not admitting it…and go on with the idea of losing some centimeters, will fit us perfectly. If you feel, you got some extra pounds and centimeters on your waist, you should loose them, slowly but surely. I’ll share with you some of my secrets.
1. Don’t tell anyone you start a weight-loss program!
When we are on a diet, we tend to talk about it, what we eat, what we don’t, when or how. Family and friend will obviously say: “You look great! Why have you started this regime?” but you need to hold tight on your position, not giving up so easy, because a healthy body is maintained with a healthy nutrition. So keep your diet like a secret!
2. Give up lipids and start body wrapping
Giving up lipids, is the first step you need to do! Where are lipids found in? Here is a common list:
- Meat;
- Sausage articles;
- Whole milk;
- Sour cream;
- Butter;
- Grease;
- Cheese;
It’s obviously that you can eat skimmed milk! Body wraps for weight loss are the most efficient. After the first two intense sessions you will get rid off almost 1 kilo and everybody will notice a huge difference. 3. Have your weight measured once a week!
You are tempted to get on the weighing machine every morning, but that’s a huge mistake! In some days you might have more water retained in your cells, on other days, you might have eaten more vegetables and fruits and fell swollen, so everyday weighing doesn’t help you during on diet, it’s only depressing. Choose one day in the week when to check-out your weight and stick to it!
4. Don’t forget to drink water and have snacks between meals!
Between meals is important to drink enough water, not so much to have a stomach-ache, but 1 quart of water with a lime can make miracles for the extra-held water and toxins in your body. Don’t forget to eat a fruit between the meals or make your self a fresh out of fruits. You won’t be able to stay away from food for about 5 hours, about 4-5 hours must be the difference between the 3 meals.
5. Don’t overdo!
Try to be rational in making your goals! Don’t over-react with drastic diets trying to get the weight you had when you were 15, because there are some goals which you can not achieve or if you do achieve this you might get some serious health problems! If you get off with an easy start, giving up your little bad habits about eating and get a certain discipline in alimentation, you will succeed!
